In episode 2 of Nigel Slater's new TV series he continues his quest for simple meals cooked from simple ingredients and provides us with a gorgeous looking Haddock chowder.  Moving away from fish, Nigel uses the ever popular lamb to make a crumbled lamb steak with lovely comforting buttered swede mash and he also cooks up a fennel and feta linguine.
