It feels like only days have passed since Lorraine Pascale's new cooking series blasted onto our screens, but alas it has once again come to an end. Monday 17 October will be the fourth and final episode of her great new cooking show, Home cooking made easy. The final episode will be called "Simple", and will have some great recipes and ideas. Read on for details of the show.
First on the menu will be a couple of great little canapés. First there will be Lorraine's very own Sausage roll's big night out, which will be a great twist on the traditional sausage roll. Then there will be Bacon and mature cheddar cheese twists, which will go down a treat during party season.
Next on the menu, and sure to be a massive hit is Lorraine's Rioja braised lamb shanks with chorizo and garlic, sounds amazing doesn't it? We think this will be Lorraine's most popular recipe of the series. Lamb shank recipes always go down a well, but you always need something to soak up that lovely juice, and Lorraine will show us how to make a great fast baked buttery mashed potato, AND a french bread called d'EPi.
To finish things off with style, Lorraine will be baking a cake, her last series came to an end with the three tier celebration cake, and so this series will end with something a bit more alternative in her Fabulous graffiti cake.
