If the first two episodes of everyone's favourite cockney chef haven't got your cooking minds in a spin, the third episode will!

We will be joining Jamie Oliver in South Wales where he will make a surprising discovery.  He learns that there is a buzzing community of multiple cultures to be found in Wales, including a large Italian population.  Jamie will sample some amazing Italian inspired food and will create some taste bud smacking recipes based on what he learns about Welsh and Italian food.

In episode three Jamie will be cooking and tasting among others, a Porcini sauce made from local mushrooms, Anolini which is an Italian pasta stuffed with sausage and cooked in a broth, and some spicy pancakes.  He will be cooking up a storm with  Jamie Oliver's Spiced rubbed leg of lamb and a 12 hour rabbit Bolognese, as well as Lamb lollipops.  Jamie will go to town with a great surf and turf recipe using Lobster and butterflied leg of Lamb.

Finishing things off, Jamie will produces the goods with his Dragon arctic roll with Italian ice cream, sound yummy!
