It's looking good for seafood fans next week on Nigellissima, Nigella will be cooking clams! There are probably as many people out there thinking "oh no" as there are people salivating at the prospect of clams cooked Italian style in Nigella's Freegola recipe.
For those wondering what Fregola is, it's a type of pasta found in Sardinia that is very similar couscous and is made from semolina. The semolina is rolled into small balls only a few millilimetres in accross, which is then toasted in an oven.
Nigella will be reproducing the most common Fregola recipe of Tomato sauce with clams.
